Tasting Notes: Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts has an extravagant bouquet that really shows up the Les Suchots: this is packed full of luscious red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit, a hint of vanilla pod with time. The palate is medium-bodied with plump tannin, fine acidity, impressive body with a dash of white pepper sprinkled liberally over the stocky finish. Excellent.
