Tasting Notes: Clear straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, limpid and brilliant. Fresh and flowery to the nose, of good intensity and persistence. In the mouth it is dry, pleasantly fresh and long-lasting. The final sensation that reminds almonds is typical of the denomination.

Pairing:  Appetizer, pasta and delicate risotto, seafood and white meat main dishes. Very pleasant with recipes based on greens. An optimum aperitif.
