Tasting Notes: Straw with light green hues. Intense ripe peach aromas with hints of tropical and citrus flavours. Slight butterscotch flavours from the malolactic fermentation is backed by nutty biscuit oak characters adding extra complexity. A soft, rich palate with intense peach and nectarine flavours. French oak maturation provides creamy, nutty notes and palate weight which is balanced with a fine acid structure and length of flavour.
