The Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense black purple colour. This wine has aromas of blackcurrant and dried herbs, while the French oak influence offers a gentle ‘cigar box lift’ to the nose. On the palate the wine is powerful and intense with rich fruit and hints of nutmeg.

Pairing: This concentrated red wine would make a great partner to slow cooked lamb shoulder with Mediterranean vegetables and a rich juniper berry infused sauce. It could also be enjoyed with a selection of ages parmesan and pecorino cheese at the end of a meal.
