Tasting Notes: Carta Nevada Brut has dosage, or residual sugar level, of 1.5%. Its fresh, fruity flavor is pleasant and slightly sweet, although still within the technical range of the brut category. This wine's refreshing, light taste leads from a full, ripe peach, apricot fruit and vanilla nose, encouraging big, round, soft flavors in the mouth, with an appealing finish. Perfect for brunch, it is also an excellent choice when mixing champagne cocktails.
