Country: Australia, Barossa
Tasting Notes: Vivid purple in colour. The wine displays vibrant aromas of dark fruits, blueberries, mocha and savoury spices. The palate is complex and layered, with concentrated flavours of spiced plums, blackberries and hints of pepper all perfectly interwoven with savoury, silky tannins and a long, elegant finish. The oak treatment, 100% European oak provides a refined structure to the wine and whilst drinking now will cellar for up to ten years.
Varietal: 100% Shiraz
Pairing: Enjoy now with peppercorn steak or barbecued meats.
