Country: Australia, Mornington Peninsula
Tasting Notes: Compelling aromas of peach, cashew and nectarine, with just a hint of nutty oak. The wine is very sophisticated on the palate, rich yet refined, with its powerful fruit flavours beautifully balanced by fine, driving acidity. Texturally the wine has a sense of presence about it, with a pithy, almost creamy feel on the palate and a very complex, yet citrus-laden minerality finish.
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
