Tasting Notes: This our most prestigious wine, produced since 1983. It has an unmistakable style and distinct character, but it is, nevertheless, capable of holding its own in relation to international tastes.

Varietal: In the best years, Asinone is produced from 100% Sangiovese, otherwise we add about 10% Colorino and Canaiolo.

Pairing: Enjoy with grilled meats, game and aged cheese.
