Country: Australia, Mornington Peninsula
Tasting Notes: It shows the acid drive and tight citrus frame that is a hallmark of the vintage. There is some powerful weight brooding underneath though, which is no surprise given the pedigree of the vineyards. There are hints of lime, but lemon and grapefruit flavours are the more dominant, with a tightness and long acid drive that should see this wine develop very nicely over the next 10 years.
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
