This icon wine is a Pinot Noir grown in the Upper Penedès (Santa María de Miralles) at 520 meters above sea level, where cool summer nights allow for the balanced ripening of these delicate grapes. Mas Borràs is one of the few Pinot Noirs currently produced in Spain.

Pairing: An excellent accompaniment for roast meats, cooked hams and creamy cheeses. Serve at 16-18ºC.
