Tasting Notes: Deep maroon with a red hue. Savoury regional characters of sweet paperbark with hints of nori give way to vibrant, red fruit aromas of Satsuma plum and candied raspberry. Oak maturation provides hints of coffee bean and grilled almond. Complex plum, red berrry and nori antecede a tingling and juicy acidity that combines with dusty, textural tannins to bring the palate to a long, dry and earthy finish.
