Tasting Notes: Made with hand selected parcels of fruit; Moscato Gold is our finest expression of the Moscato style. The silky texture and orange blossom character derived from Orange Muscat grapes is perfectly complemented by the fresh musk flavours of Muscat Gordo Blanco. The Moscato Gold is deliberately more intense in bubbles than the Moscato giving great balance to the natural grape sweetness. The wine is made to be drunk immediately while young and fresh.

The wine has a light golden colour with a youthful green hue. The nose is lifted with aromas of lemon pith, fresh grapes, honey and musk. In the mouth the wine has layers of flavour including sherbet and spice. The Moscato Gold is deliberately more intense in bubbles than the Moscato giving great balance to the natural grape sweetness

Pairing: This versatile wine is an ideal accompaniment to any occasion whether it is served with or without food, or as an aperitif or table wine. Try it with a spicy Asian infused broth with lemon grass and coriander or why not have it with a lime and ginger panna cotta for a light dessert option.
