Tasting Notes: A pale yellow colour that suggests White Burgundy more than Chablis. With the grapefruit zest, the stone fruits, and the aromas of a Springtime’s Kitchen Garden coming to the fore. Perfumed elegantly and intertwined with French oak nuances. Indeed, it is an example of fruit, oak and acidity working hand-in-hand. When first tasted there’s stone and citrus fruit to begin with, then the palate becomes creamy and textured. A pert and enlivening mineral-water finish sends you back to the beginning for a second glass.
