Tasting Notes: An attractive, bright and dense purple. Powerful and complex, the nose opens on black fruit, pepper and fresh spice aromas elegantly combined with vanilla and roast coffee notes. The attack is fresh, full-bodied and silky. Underpinned by an intense and creamy tannic structure, the mid-palate reveals intense black fruit and cherry flavours together with attractive, aromatic notes of black pepper and mocha. The long, powerful and complex finish expresses all the distinctive qualities of Rapel Valley Carmenere.
