Tasting Notes: Cristina shows a bright amber colour. On the nose clean aromas with subtle notes of raisins and figs due to the addition of the Pedro Ximénez. On the palate slightly sweet with hints of American oak and a long finish. 

Varietal: Blend of 87% Palomino, 13% Pedro Ximenez

Pairing: This wine should be served slightly chilled in a small wine glass. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or paté, or to be enjoyed on its own.
