Tasting Notes: Pale golden color and stunningly bright in the glass. Toasty and aromatically complex, showing raspberry, golden apple, brioche, lilac, biscuit, chalk, and a very subtle hint of oak spice. Equal parts muscularity and focus, it displays the breadth of body and acidic tension of classic Champagne, showcasing green apple and Williams pear gliding into a long, chalky finish. A nonvintage Champagne with as much poise and pedigree as most vintage examples.
