Tasting Notes: Dusky peach skin pink faded into rose & straw. Gardenia and waxy white flowers lifted by touch of rose petals and strawberries with a finish of apple and ripe pear. Unctuous yet fresh, with stone fruit and pear laced with wild red berries and redcurrants. A crisp lift of citrus blossom brightens the palate, supported by the distinctive texture of Buddha’s hand lime. The finish is lingering, savory, and delicately mineral driven.

Varietal: Blend of 99% Chenin Blanc, 1% Malbec

Pairing: Baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary and sides of hummus, pistachio & dukkah.
