Tasting Notes: The fruit spectrum has clarity and purity with cut limes, grapefruit and grilled lemon. The nose is heightened with kaffir lime leaves, jasmine, vanilla pod and savoury blanched almonds. A tightly woven palate offering lime, lemon and grapefruits. The palate has a seamless acid line throughout, leading to a complex middle and a long savoury finish.
