Tasting Notes: Flavour developed slowly over time making for a welcome change from recent vintages, with a distinctly delicate but intense character. Low Baumes, coupled with healthy natural acids led to lifted floral notes, kaffir lime, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grapefruit pith, bath salts, and underlying talc. Classic citrus notes are complimented by the mouth-watering chalky and mineral texture on the palate, finishing with a fine and taut acid line.

Varietal: 100% Riesling

Pairing: All of the dumplings! Who doesn’t love dumplings? Think prawn and garlic chive dumplings served with a fragrant spicy chilli oil for brunch after a big night out. Also suited to cellar for up to 10 years for a more complex and intriguing Riesling expression.
