For orders exceeding 2 bottles of Penfolds, delivery will be fulfilled by Penfolds' official distributor. Orders follow a bi-weekly cut-off scheduled, with delivery within 5 working days thereafter.

Redemption of Riedel products are at Electrolux Customer Care Center. Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holidays), 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.
