Tasting Notes: Dense and bright raspberry. Expressive and fruity, it offers up black plum, blackberry and strong liquorice notes. When swirled, it develops currant jelly flavours with a hint of black pepper. Wonderfully round with ripe fruit, its richness and fruitiness on the palate has hints of blackberry pie and catechu, with a finish displaying stewed plum, blackcurrant and pepper notes. 

Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Pairing: To be drunk from now at 16°C, with a platter of deli meats (e.g. goose rillettes or roast chicken), grilled meat (such as duck breast skewers) and other simple fare to share among friends.
