Tasting Notes: A golden yellow colour. The nose is dominated by apple, peach, apricot and tropical fruit aromas (pineapple) mixed with floral, fresh bread and vineyard peach aromas and a hint of mild tobacco. An unctuous, persistent, acidulous finish.

Varietal: Blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay

Pairing: An aperitif. Serve also with shellfish, fish, sushi and sashimi and dishes with an iodine taste.
