Tasting Notes: Light gold. Honeycomb, ginger, gardenia, honeysuckle, lime, lemon. Peaches and cream, vanilla, ginger, orange, honey, oregano, river stone. The very tightly wound palate takes this young wine on a journey through the palate, travelling with speed to give great length and persistence of flavour. With no fining or filtration it has great depth of flavour and complexity.
