Hunky dory pinot grigio

Tasting Notes: The grapes for this wine are sourced from the stony river terrace soils of Rapaura. These soils are a mixture of loam, sand and large areas of stone. The Pinot Gris grapes provide a wide breadth of pear, apple and quince aromas and bright flavours. We pick and gently press these grapes before undergoing fermentation with organic wine yeast. This is an easy drinking wine with a fresh crisp palate and a light lingering finish; designed for casual dining and can be enjoyed as a refreshing aperitif.
