Tasting Notes: Brilliant, limpid, pale yellow. Very aromatic, tropical fruit, white peach, fennel. A bright, fresh and fruity wine for a modern palate.  Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on our estate. Characterized by very intense notes of tropical fruit and a long, lingering finish.  Fresh on the palate, long and elegant in the mouth with a balanced, lively finish.

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay

Pairing: Lovely with seafood, octopus and cuttlefish. Good match for grilled oil-rich fish, sole or hake.
