Tasting Notes: Bright crimson appearance with excellent clarity. It shows very lifted aromas of spearmint, black pepper, cardamom and raspberry. The palate is medium bodied and dominated by characters of cinnamon, rosemary, star anise and boysenberry. These flavours are built around structural ripe tannins.
