Tasting Notes: Deep plum with vibrant purple tinges. Intense dark berry fruit, blackberry and dark cherry. Lifted nose of violets with hints of cloves and spiced plum. Subtle tones of dark chocolate, vanilla and liquorice enhance the vibrant fruit. A generous palate of vibrant raspberry, hints of chocolate and pepper spice. Subtle vanillian oak characters enhance the fruit characters with soft lingering tannins rounding out the finish.

Pairing: Perfect with Moroccan-spiced lamb cooked on the barbeque, with a Greek salad or pepper-spiced beef stir-fry with Hokkien noodles.
