Lawson's Dry Hills Pinot Noir
Country: New Zealand, Marlborough
Tasting Notes: The bright cherry and raspberry aromas scream "Pinot Noir". The palate is gentle and supple with surprising power and depth, the wine has a lovely length, soft chalky tannins and gentle acidity. The aromas of fragrant vanilla and mocha are derived from maturation in a mixture of some new, but mainly older French oak barriques.
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Pairing: Prefect with a wide range of foods or great on its own.
