Tasting Notes: Beaujolais Villages Combe Aux Jacques has a straightforward, slightly reduced bouquet with red plum and blueberry scents. The palate is again quite simple and perhaps could have benefited from more delineation, although there is plenty of fruit packed in here and it seems clean on the finish. Adequate rather than exceptional.
