Tasting Notes: The 2016 Violinist sets off with a fragrant nose reminiscent of tropical fruits that is supported by a generous mouthfeel. Its lemon and lime zest adds an initial crispness to the palate that slowly fades to leave you with an imprint of its creamy mouthfeel. Ripe pineapple and lychee flavours develop and intertwine with fresh citrus elements. Careful oak use has added to the wines complexity with hints of vanilla and spice to help tantalise the tastebuds.
