Tasting Note: Deep and live ruby red color that has a very elegant and evident Carmenère tipicity, showing lovely black-fruit aromas with hints of blueberries, dark chocolate, vanilla and black plums accompanied by a touch of black pepper. Gentle, rounded and soft tannins and a long finish, while the oak is beautifully integrated and balanced. 10% Cabernet is added for additional complexity and increased cellaring potential.

Pairing: Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, lamb chops.
