Country: Chile, Casablanca Valley

Tasting Note: Intense yellow color with golden hues that continues with a clean, intense, fresh and frutal wine. On the nose it shows pineapple and apricot aromas accompanied by asparagus and artichokes nuances while the butterscotch and vanilla notes given by its wine French oak ageing add complexity to the wine. On the palate tropical fruit notes are evident while the creaminess given by the wine's malolactic fermentation is perfectly accompanied by a bright and fresh acidity. The wine show exquisite lactic notes and touches of oak with a persistent frutal finish.

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay

Pairing: Very recommended with salmon tartar, lobster and fresh seafood, mature cheese, hot dishes as crab pie, white meats accompanied by soft sauces and pastas.
