Tasting Notes: A glittering ivory yellow. The nose opens on white blossom and grapefruit aromas, followed after airing by notes of broom and fresh apricot with a pronounced mineral cast. From a fresh and round attack with a hint of lemon, the mid-palate reveals broom and white blossom notes, leading into a mineral finish.
