Country: France, Graves
Tasting Notes: A glittering pale yellow with a slightly greenish tint. After an initial impression of minerality (flint), the nose opens up on fresh citrus fruit notes, especially grapefruit, going on to develop typical aromas of Sauvignon (box) and Sémillon (ripe apricot). The wine is fresh and stylish on the attack, with a distinctively flinty, mineral cast, followed by all the complexity of the fruit found on the nose: citrus fruit, box and yellow fruit. The finish lingers on a mineral underpinning which goes on and on.
Varietal: Blend of Sémillon (77%), Sauvignon Blanc (19%), Muscadelle (4%)
