Tasting Notes: The 2015 S de Suduiraut is pale yellow with green glints, which expresses its young age well. The nose opens with notes of wood, pepper and aniseed. On the second nose, the fruit becomes more apparent with aromas of white peach and pear leading into flowers. The palate is intense and fresh with woody, mineral flavours. The finish is clean with flavours of pear and citrus, such as lemon and grapefruit, followed by fresh almonds.
