Tasting Notes:The bubbles are fine and delicate in a persistent strand.The nose is fragrant and pleasant, revealing hints of toasted sweet bread pastry and white flowers. The attack in the mouth is forthright and pure, evolving with fresh and abundant flavors and much finesse. We rediscover the toasted sweet bread aromas of the chardonnay, complimented by the strength of the pinot noir. The sensation of the bubbles is very fine and delicate. This is a well-balanced and elegant champagne with much finesse, and can be kept 6 years or longer.
