Tasting Notes: It was surprisingly aromatic, floral, elegant and fresh, and the oak very subtle, especially for a barrel sample. It's a very elegant and refined expression of Priorat while keeping the character of the place through very good balance. It has a medium-bodied palate with abundant, fine-grained, slightly dusty tannins and little influence from the oak, which is well-integrated; they use some foudres and used barriques.
