Tasting Notes: The “Grand Cru” vines of Cramant village used at the time are always used to produce this vintage and are all aged more than 60 years. The Sugar proportioning (dosage) is “extra Brut” (only3 gr/L of sugar) and makes it possible to express all of the minerality and smoothness of the Cramant soils, after 5 years of ageing in the bottle. This Cuvée will be delivered to you exclusively in whitewood cases, as Jean did it in the past.
