Tasting Notes: Lifted vibrant tropical fruit aromas mingle with hints of spice and talc. The wine displays flavours of vibrant tropical fruits with underlying citrus and nuances of red apples. Whilst light-bodied, some weight and a creamy, textural element are derived from a small portion of barrel fermentation. The wine finishes with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

Pairing: Excellent with mildly-spiced Asian dishes or fresh seafood dishes, the Chenin Blanc is equally well-paired with vegetarian dishes.
