Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red, acquiring touches of garnet with age. On the nose, its elegant, warm, spicy, with hints of black cherry, dried fruit, and prunes in particular. On the palate its round, velvety and smooth.
Varietal: Blend of 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta and Croatina
Pairing: Recommended with roasted meat, grilled meat and mature cheeses.
